PC launch & Patch Notes
Hello intrepid explorers of the Hollow!
Today marks the release of Drake Hollow on PC platforms: Steam, Microsoft Store, and as part of Game Pass. In addition to these new platforms, we now support a number of features within the Microsoft ecosystem: Cross Play, Cross Save, and Play Anywhere. These only apply to the Microsoft Store version, so if your buddies are on Steam, that’s the version you’ll want.
We also patched a number of bugs that folks have brought to our attention:
• Achievements no longer get stuck close to completion (completed achievements will be credited after update)
• Fixed incorrect or missing note placements (will only affect new regions after update, not existing saves with missing or unreachable notes)
• Fixed end-game campaign issues with final battle, quests, and quest givers
• Added info to pause menu as to how and when friend invites may occur in campaign
• Players now receive an alert that biome transitions are one way
• Placed waypoints are collected and stored in players' depots on biome transitions
• Options for aim toggle and control inverts save correctly
• Fixed issues with buffs not appearing or equipping correctly
• Fixed issue where clients would not be able to fully join a game, but appeared in-game to host
• Fixed issues with raid timer decreasing too quickly in multiplayer
• St. Elmo's Fire fixed
• Tactition Buff fixed
• Added an onscreen counter for max depot storage based on number of item stacks
• Addressed issues with lack of Circuitry material in certain biomes
